Applications are screened for credit and criminal records, landlord and employment references. Residents are treated fairly but are held to the terms of the rental agreement or lease. Clients (owners) are required to insure that the rental units meet the letter of the law as a minimum standard.
Markus provides monthly exterior inspections (or more if necessary), weekly property visits to larger properties. We provide monthly reports about both financial and physical activities on the property.
We manage Single Family homes, Plexes, Apartments, Condominium and Home Owners Associations and other investment properties. Our rates are competitive.
We encourage participation by owners but respect our clients decisions.
